One of Japan's top three elite full blood Wagyu: Omihime (translates to Princess in Japanese) has a long history of 400 years and have been favoured as the preferred beef for Kyoto high-end Kaiseki Cuisine. The sublime taste and exquisite marbling is second to none, worthy of its name - Omihime.
The Westholme Wagyu herd contains the most highly credentialed Wagyu cattle to leave Japan. Born on AACo's pristine outback stations, raised on grass and finished on a specialised grain blend, Westholme Wagyu is able to achieve rich marbling, elegant flavour and a tender melt-in-the-mouth juiciness.
