Decades of Steady Growth
Building a reliable food supply network takes time. This timeline shows our step by step expansion from a single storefront to a massive cold chain operation serving over 12,000 customers today.
Lucky Frozen started as a sole proprietorship in downtown Kuala Lumpur, distributing ice cream and quality imported food products.
Rich's became our first international agency partnership.
Our first warehouse was built in Kuala Lumpur, followed by new branches and warehousing capabilities in Penang and Langkawi.
Lucky Food Processing was founded, taking us beyond food importation and distribution into cooked-meat food processing.
Our Johor branch and warehouse was established. Al Hilal was later founded to provide dedicated raw meat butchery services.
Our new headquarters and semi-automated distribution centre was built in Subang, bringing food distribution and food processing together under one integrated facility.
Najima Food Processing and Dairy Valley Food were established, enhancing and expanding our capabilities across raw meat butchery services and dairy processing.
Lucky Frozen Group joined CP Axtra and Foodservice APME. Indoguna Malaysia was established as the group continued expanding its presence across the food industry.
